What is Camp Good News?

Camp Good News® has been a special part of the lives of thousands of children. Campers room with up to eight peers of similar age in dorm style cabins supervised by a trained counselor recommended by local church leaders. There are many others helping on staff, resulting in about one staff member for every three children, which helps encourage good control, supervision, and safety. Camper’s spend their mornings rotating through three different classes; mission, crafts, and Bible. The missions and Bible classes focus on fun and engaging lessons, while crafts lets campers express themselves creatively. The afternoons are filled with fun activities such as capture the flag, swimming, and creek hikes. Camp Good News is the perfect way to start the summer!
